The MIRACLEAN plate has an emissivity rating of .078. The 36x30FT Drain Trough is 2″ across the front only. The drain is located above a large stainless steel grease drawer with baffles and a rear handle. Each pilot is manually ignited with a (piezo) igniter. Electrical Connections are not required.
